Terms & Conditions
When submitting your game idea, you agree with the following:
- that this is your own idea
- that your game idea will be put on the Dare to be Digital web-site for public comments.
- that your game idea will be publicly voted by visitors to the Dare to be Digital web-site that your game idea may be chosen by the Dare to be Digital 2009 contestants to develop to a game prototype
- that there’s no guarantee that your game idea will be used by the Dare to be Digital teams.
- that you understand that you are sharing your idea with the community in a totally free and open way with no strings attached.
- that the team’s interpretation of the game idea lies with the decisions of the Dare to be Digital 2009 contesting teams and no dispute will be entered into.
- that we do not accept games ideas which could be interpreted as pornography, racist, sexist, infringing the law or with religious or political ideology or extremism
- that if you are under 13, you have the consent from your parent to enter this competition, which we may require in writing
