Less Lethal Games at Dare 2008
Seventy Days and Seventy Nights
7th August 2008
So here we are at the home stretch. It might feel like we scaled Mount Everest and are now at the summit, ready to take the very final push to the top. While in reality; we’ve spent all summer hunkered down in front of our computers. We’ve finally implemented the audio for the game and Rohan is working on amBX integration and the final showdown with Admiral Anchor. We hope to nail this simple, yet efficient boss fight on the first time around. I’m looking forward to Edinburgh and the days following it, so I can sit down and reflect over this crazy summer. If I could ask for a miracle it would be four more weeks, but even after that I guess we’d want four more weeks, and on and on and on. But reality is catching up, so now we just need to get the levels that are in there to work, every time, as advertised. Some of the fluffier parts had to get cut, like the complete absence of our story, but we hope that players can fill in the gaps and that our game motivates continued play. Anyways, this Less Lethal Games Signing off for the very last time. See you at Protoplay! Cheers Kalli Karlsson
