Week 2: Animations what animations?

Hey Guys and Girls,
So its the second week and we are still having problems getting our animations into the engine. At this point we are about ready to give up. We have tried everything we can think of. We've been in contact with Autodesk, XNA creators club forum and help desk, We have also try to contact one of the main coder involved in the creation of XNA but got no response (Shock Horror).
Also all of the mentors that have come in tried to help and we learned some processes that we didn't know which improved on the problem but didn't quite get the animation working the way we expected them to.
However whilst most of the team were tied down dealing with the animation problems Max was busy getting the game mechanics ready in the engine. Also some buildings and textures were being completed between the animation worries.
All in all this was another bad weak for the team as moral suffered from the lack of physical evidence of our work. We joked about using a teapot instead of 'Sprog' but at this rate it could become a reality.
